Bulk Grass Fed Meat

Buying in bulk is the best way to get the most meat for your buck.

Grass-fed Beef - We process grass-fed beef each month of the year. So, a full freezer is never far away. Cuts for bulk beef may included chuck roast, brisket, shoulder roast, rib eye, sirloin steaks, sirloin tips, rump roast, filet mignon, NY Strip, T-bone steak, ground beef, beef sausage, beef bratwursts, and beef bacon.


  • Quarter - A quarter beef comes with about 85-115 pounds of meat. Final price is determined by the size of the beef. Generally quarters cost $800 to $900 including processing. Quarters come with standard cuts. You do have the option to choose between having the loin cut into T-bones or Filets and NY Strips. Standard cuts include arm roasts, chuck roasts, ribeye steak, brisket, short ribs, sirloin steak, round roasts, and ground beef. All steaks are 1.25 inches thick and roast are 2-3lbs each. A deposit of $400 is required to reserve your half. Remaining amount is due upon pick up.
  • Half - A half beef comes with 175-230 bs of meat. Final price is determined by the size of the beef. Generally quarters cost $1,500 to $1,700 including processing. All half beef purchases include custom processing. You have the freedom to determine which steaks, roasts, and cuts you like. If you are unsure, we can walk you through each cut and what your options are. A deposit of $600 is required to reserve your half. Remaining amount is due pick up.
  • Whole - A whole beef comes with 350-450lbs of meat. Final price is determined by the size of the beef. Generally whole beef costs $2,700 to $3,100 including processing. All whole beef purchases include custom processing. You have the freedom to determine which steaks, roasts, and cuts you like. If you are unsure, we can walk you through each cut and what your options are. A deposit of $1,200 is required to reserve your half. Remaining amount is due pick up


Pasture Raised Pork - We are still working on building up our pig operation. So, we don't process quite as often as we do with beef. However, we do have availability multiple times each year. Cuts for bulk pork may included jowls, picnic roasts, Boston butt roasts, bacon, spare ribs, baby back ribs, pork chops, tenderloin, sirloins steaks, hams, ham hocks, ground pork, sausage, and bratwursts.

  • Half - A half pig comes with 65-80 bs of meat. Final price is determined by the size of the pig. Generally halves cost $500-$600 including processing. All half pig purchases include custom processing. You have the freedom to determine which steaks, roasts, brats, bacon and cuts you like. If you are unsure, we can walk you through each cut and what your options are . A deposit of $250 is required to reserve your half. Remaining amount is due pick up.
  • Whole - A whole pig comes with 130-160 bs of meat. Final price is determined by the size of the pig. Generally halves cost $1000-$1,100 including processing. All whole pig purchases include custom processing. You have the freedom to determine which steaks, roasts, bacon, brats and cuts you like. Grass-fed Sheep & Goat - Like our pigs, we don't process sheep and goats as often as we do beef. However, a processing day is never too far away.

  • Whole - A whole goat or sheep comes with 40-50 lbs. of meat. Final price is determined by the size of the animal. Generally, these run $300-$350 including processing. All whole goat or sheep purchases include custom processing. You have the freedom to determine which steaks, roasts, and cuts you like.
