A half beef comes with roughly 200 lbs of meat. All half beef purchases include custom processing. You have the freedom to determine which steaks, roasts, and cuts you like. We can walk you through each cut and what your options are if you are unsure.
A deposit of $1,175 is required to reserve your half. The remaining balance, including any unpaid applicable sales tax, is due by pick up.
