We always say buying in bulk is the best way to get the most beef for your buck! We process animals several times each year so a full freezer is never too far away.
A half beef comes with roughly 200 lbs of meat. All half beef purchases include custom processing. You have the freedom to determine which steaks, roasts, and cuts you like. We can walk you through each cut and what your options are if you are unsure.
A deposit of $800 is required to reserve your half. Remaining amount is due by pick up.
