A half beef comes with 200-250lbs of meat. Final price is determined by the size of the beef. Generally quarters cost $1,500 to $1,700 including processing
All half beef purchases include custom processing. You have the freedom to determine which steaks, roasts, and cuts you like. We can walk you through each cut and what your options are if you are unsure.
A deposit of $600 is required to reserve your half. Remaining amount is due by pick up.
