We always say buying in bulk is the best way to get the most beef for your buck! We process animals every month of the year so a full freezer is never too far away.
A quarter beef comes with about 100-125 pounds of meat. Final price is determined by the size of the beef. Generally quarters cost $800 to $900 including processing and delivery.
Quarters come with standard cuts. You do have the option to choose between having the loin cut into T-bones or Filets and NY Strips. Standard cuts include chuck roast, brisket, shoulder roast, rib eye, sirloin steaks, sirloin tips, rump roast, and ground beef. You will have the option to choose between T-bone steaks or Filet Mignon and New York Strips. All steaks are 1.25 inches thick and roast are 2-3lbs each.
A deposit of $300 is required to reserve your quarter. Remaining amount is due by delivery. Total cost is determined by the final weight of the animal at processing.
