A quarter beef comes with 100-125 bs of meat. All quarter purchases include customized processing. Quarters come with standard cuts. You can choose between having the loin cut into T-bones or Filets and NY Strips. Standard cuts include chuck roast, brisket, shoulder roast, rib eye, sirloin steaks, sirloin tips, rump roast, and ground beef
Final price is determined based on the “hanging weight” or the weight after cleaning and skinning. We charge $3.80/lb hanging weight plus processing. Generally a quarter beef costs $800-$900 including processing.
A deposit of $300 is required to reserve your quarter. Remaining amount is due by pick up.
