A whole beef comes with roughly 400 pounds of meat.
All whole beef purchases include custom processing. You can determine which steaks, roasts, and cuts you like. We can walk you through each cut and your options if you are unsure.
A deposit of $1,500 is required to reserve your half. Remaining amount is due by pick up.
