A whole pig comes with 130-160 bs of meat. All whole pig purchases include customized processing. You have the freedom to determine which steaks, roasts, bacon, brats and cuts you like. We can walk you through each cut and what your options are if you are unsure.
Final price is determined based on the “hanging weight” or the weight after cleaning and skinning. We charge $3.90/lb hanging weight plus processing. Generally a whole pig costs $1,000-$1,100 including processing and delivery.
A deposit of $500 is required to reserve your whole. Remaining amount is due by delivery.
